A Good Detox Lunch

 Everyone will have their own specific opinions on what is healthy eating. I am perfectly fine with this. The world has so many healthy diet plans that are excellent. I will share what I pick but please make your own knowledgeable choices. I buy organic whenever available.


My first-day lunch: 

1/2 cup Bone Broth (Sprouts)

Fresh Scallions

Celtic Salt and Any Pepper

Egg Noodles, freshly made (store-bought)

Apple

Sourdough Bread slice with butter

This was a filling lunch. I drank my coffee this morning and a 12-ounce cup of filtered water with the detox drops for day #1.


In the afternoon about 2 pm I drank a bottle of lime Topo-Chico.


Each day I will share something different and keep it short.
