Locked in Love - Help for the Weak!

God is Love. God = Love

Why do we make what is so simple so confusing and difficult? "For God so loved...." God loves me. God loves you. Yet, while I was still a sinner, God loved me.
And God loves you, no matter what you are or have done.... He loved you before, during and after everything that makes you feel unworthy and indifferent to His love for you.
The Truth is God loves you, period.

Can you allow Him to send His love into your hurts, your broken places, your pain, your shattered soul?

Who is worthy of your trust? Only God... Jesus is worthy... He being fully God came to earth in a man's body to live a sinless life so that He, God Himself, could take your place... so that He could carry your pain, shame, hurting soul. He took your penalty and felt your pain... in Him you can be whole, righteous, clean, healed.

You have a choice.

He died and rose again. He died a sinner's death on the cross so you could live a victorious life in and through His presence. In your surrendered weakness, He is strong... able to help you, comfort you, redeem the years that have been stolen from you, torn from you, destroyed..... He alone can take all the pain away and use the pain for meaningful purpose in your life and in the life of others.
He can take what was meant for pure evil and use it for pure good. Only God can do that.... that exchange takes place when you willingly and knowingly ask Jesus to help you... to be your loving God, Lord, King of Kings, Father God....and your Savior, to save you from the hurt, pain, shame, bondage and mess of your life.

Are you ready to be locked in love? Are you willing to open up the lock to your heart and identify with Him... Are going to allow Him to enter you by His Spirit and for you to be redeemed and to rest all your cares and worries in Him.

Do you want to know God for who He really is... He is Truth. God already has character, He is! If you design a god to be who you think you want him to be or think you need him to be.... you are loving your image of God..., but if you will be willing to believe in Him, in His Holy Word, the Bible, that He give us to teach us about Him, life, and us... If you are willing to take Him for His Word and trust it to be so, then, and only then, can you be ready to take your hands off the controlling will of your life and offer yourself up to Him.

When you are ready, to know Him and love Him and have Him, as your Lord and Savior... you are ready to open up your heart and lock it into Him and receive His love.

This is help for the weak... He is the true source of love and strength and healing... in my weakness... surrendering that weakness and every thing in life that makes me ... me.... than He can transform me from the inside out! He can heal me, help me, sooth the pain. As I look to Him and Him alone for direction, guidance, living water... He will sustain me.. carry me..hold me.. secure me...comfort me.. provide for me.

He NEVER promises that I will not have pain or suffering... quite the contrary... He says I will have pain and suffering, especially after I identify myself with Jesus as my Lord and Savior, but He will never leave me, He will live in me and I in Him, He will give my life purpose... My life will be worth living no matter how dysfunctional, messed up, hurt, fractured or incapable I may be...

And in living life with Him, abiding in Him, surrendering to Him, I am being conformed and changed into who God originally created me to be. I and you were created in His own image. We are to reflect Him, to be like Him, to glorify Him and show others love like Him. This is how we can live a life with eternal meaning and purpose. The world will be a better place because I willed my life to live by God's standards (His Word) and allowed God to use me to touch others with His unsearchable, unending, ever flowing pure acceptance and love.

Say yes, to Him. Yes, Lord, Yes. I want to trade my sorrows, pain and shame... I want to trade in my messed up life, for love, for you, God. I do believe God is love. God is Love. God = Love.

All you need to do is open up your heart, and ask Him to lock you into His love. Here I am God, I need you, take me as I am, I am willing to believe, trust and follow You, all the days of my life.

This is help for the weak.
